WHAT ARE THE FLORT CANDLES MADE FROM?

Our candles are made from a natural soy wax blend, which gives the Flört candles a beautiful creamy texture, and allows them to burn for a long period of time. 

 

WHAT PACKAGING ARE YOU SHIPPING YOUR CANDLES IN?

All our packaging is environmentally friendly. It's important for us to look after our planet, hence even our tapes and stickers are biodegradable. 

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Please note, our candles are handmade and delicate, and minor imperfections may occur from time to time. We believe this adds character to our candles. 

We do not offer change of mind returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement. Please send us an email to flortdesigns@gmail.com if this happens.

If you are planning an event, or gathering and would like to purchase more than 20 of our candles, please get in touch for wholesale prices.
